Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MinoDiary mobile application ("Service") operated by MinoDiary ("us", "we", or "our").

Effective Date: July 21, 2025

Eligibility

If you are under 18 years of age, you are not permitted to use this application. We reserve the right to verify user age and terminate accounts of users who do not meet this requirement.

Description of Service

MinoDiary is a personal diary and mood tracking application that allows users to:

• Record daily emotions and thoughts
• Track mood patterns over time
• Create photo albums and memory collections
• Set and track personal goals
• Participate in relationship challenges
• Celebrate anniversaries and milestones

The application is designed to help users maintain personal records and improve their emotional well-being through self-reflection and goal tracking.

User Conduct

You agree to use MinoDiary only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

1. Use the application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
2. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
3. Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
4. Use the application to harass, abuse, or harm others
5. Upload or share content that is inappropriate, offensive, or violates any laws
6. Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the application
7. Share your account access with others

In-App Purchases

Purchase Terms:

• All coin purchases are final and non-refundable
• Coins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real money
• Coins are tied to your device and may not be transferable
• We reserve the right to modify coin prices at any time
• Payments are processed through the App Store

Refund Policy:

Refund requests must be made through the App Store according to their refund policies. We do not process direct refunds for in-app purchases.

Intellectual Property

The MinoDiary application, including its design, features, functionality, and content, is owned by MinoDiary and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content:

• You retain ownership of any content you create using MinoDiary
• Your diary entries, photos, and personal data remain your property
• We do not claim ownership of your personal content

Our Content:

• The application design, features, and functionality are our property
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our application
• Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used to improve the service

Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Our data practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key points include:

• Most of your personal data stays on your device
• We only collect minimal information (User ID and coin balance)
• Your diary entries and photos are stored locally on your device
• We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties

MinoDiary is not a medical device or healthcare service. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you are experiencing mental health issues, please consult with a qualified healthcare professional.

Data Loss:

While we strive to provide a reliable service, we cannot guarantee against data loss. We recommend regularly backing up important content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MinoDiary shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or content
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or technical difficulties
• Any damages arising from your use of the application

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to MinoDiary at any time, with or without cause or notice, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Technical or security reasons

Upon termination, your right to use the application ceases immediately. Data stored locally on your device will remain accessible to you.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by:

• Posting updated Terms within the application
• Updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document
• Providing notice through the application interface

Your continued use of MinoDiary after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of MinoDiary shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
